• Do you take custom orders?
• This can depend on what you are looking to have made and our availability. Send an email to Taylorlynncrafts@gmail.com and we can see if we can make it happen!
• Do you do wholesale orders?
• Wholesale orders can be made. Depending on the quantities needed, discounts may be offered. Please send an email to Taylorlynncrafts@gmail.com for wholesale inquires.
• When will my item ship?
• Our processing time for all items is 1-2 weeks. Majority of our items are made to order meaning its made just for you after placing your order, which takes time. Our goal is to have everything out within 7 days, but that doesn't always happen.
• What if my item arrives damaged?
• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email me at Taylorlynncrafts@gmail.com
• How do I get a refund/exchange?
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges unless items arrive damaged or there are other order related issues with an error by the seller.
